First day in my life time~

Eat liao 25 years... finally, i get myself a job. Not part time, not freelance, not industrial training... but a job with salary.
Yeah!! after 1 month, i will have income d :P and this means that i finally need to feed myself in everything including my phone bills, petrol, insurance.... etc etc. Cannot ask money from mum every months but need to give her when i start getting my paid :P
I'm happy that i can do so soon...

national day -- eat eat eat

30th August night, still remembered that pass few years I also spent the night with 6th xia xiang members, this year as well. We meet together for dinner at ming zhu restaurant at around 8pm. Although the trafic jam had delayed our meeting time, but we do succeed to gather 14 members : QingSiang, Feimee, Tannie, Tannie sis, CheinSiang, Kaesyang, YeCheah, Mike, KianHan, RuQing, SuTsong, Sherling, MengHui and me. Of course we not just gather for dinner... here comes our main purpose... the fireworks countdown from JAPAN~~

We waited until 12 midnight and finally it shoot. The boom boom boom sounds was so loud and the fireworks seems just above our head.

The fireworks shoot for 20 minutes but the jam for few hours. Initially we planned to yamcha at Dengkil but ended up so jam and we decided to go back to Cyberjaya Hassan. Guess what... I reached home at 4am... get scolded by mum as i gotto gather with other friends at 7am the same day.

It was 7am and of course, i couldn't wake up. Luckily they decided to gather at my house, so i just started to pack and get ready while they waiting for me downstairs. It was HonYuen, SzeeWhey, SiewLing, KenVei, KimWooi and P'eiShih. We started our journey having breakfast at Sg.Way. After that used the North South Highway exit at Bidor, headed towards Teluk Intan.

Teluk Intan -- Reached there at noon, thought of eating the famous 'chee cheong fan' but it seems sold out. With the hungry stomach, we just manage to get ourself some soya bean and continue our journey to Kampar.

Kampar -- searched for the famous bread chicken and we got it just beside the main road (forgot the name d). The taste was not bad... dunno if we all were hungry :P

After Kampar, we planned to check in hotel that we already book in Ipoh. On the way, i saw this tag with KOKKIN name :P

We stay at Hotel Ipoh City

After check-in, we go for the tongsui near Robin Hotel and it taste really nice, the kuih also nice. This road side stall will close at 4pm.

All the way to Ipoh, of course we dun miss out the white coffee... right after the tongsui, we went to NamHeong coffeeshop for white coffee and dantat. I realize that i was here before, during the housemate visit to Penang and we didn't get to eat the dantat cause SOLD OUT. The hot hot dantat is superb

The nonstop drinking and eating had filled our stomach very well. So we decided to rest at hotel until night time for the famous 'Tauge Ayam'. OMG!! so many people waiting to be sitted and so many waiting for their 'Tauge Chicken'. Even though we had a table, but they just so busy until nobody come over to take order. Can't remember how long we waited and finally the 'chicken' come and we settle it in 5 minutes!!! Spent hours to wait but....

Ipoh is so small?? how come i meet mmu coursemate here??? can't believe my eyes :P

After dinner... is our output time :P most of us need to go toilet and therefore, we back hotel again. Next plan initially was go to oldtown kopitiam but we thought it will be just same as KL so decided to go to this IceIce Baby which located at the same row as the kopitiam. The environment was nice but...

after we order... this is the ice... it cost us RM4.90 before adding tax. OMG
End of first day for outdoor...

There were also indoor activities... they brought mahjeong to play but without the mahjeong paper : so our room is full of 'dry swimming' sounds until midnite

The next day, we get ready by 7am headed to eat dimsum :P

Later, we went to order the salty chicken. It only available to be take away.

From our searched results, there is a stall selling dantat which suppose to be very nice but without address of it. so just turn many rounds wanted to find it. Of course, we did it!! the egg level of the dantat is really thick...

Again, we back to hotel and they continued with the mahjeong games... some of us just have nothing to do besides take a nap :

Then we went for the soya bean stall. The stall is small but a lot of customers. After we order the 'tou fu fa' we saw a lot ppl just drive their car here to 'dabao' or even eat in their car, cos there were just a few chairs to let you sit.

As we pass by a street with lot's of 'tang lung'... i wanted to get it for my sis. Felt like we never see this in PJ :P bought a big dinasour and a butterfly... wan to play it? then come to my house.. haha

Soon... it's lunch time la... we went to this restaurant... I dun feel so nice, but u can have a try as long as dun order the 'lou shi fan'

After lunch, we went to buy the pamelo... requested by mum to get her 3 biji and that's the end of journey in Ipoh.

On the way back, we decided to stop at Tapah for fruits hunting :P

Reached home at around 5pm and LOOK!! this is my dinner cook by P'eishih and me. Both of us never cook this before and we just put in everything :))
